By accessing or using the Anovox Patisserie website and purchasing our courses and pastries, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Account Use
Users must provide accurate registration details. Each account may be used only by the registered individual. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Shared accounts or unauthorized access are prohibited.
3. Purchases and Payments
All purchases are processed through secure third-party gateways. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice. Digital courses are delivered immediately after payment confirmation. Physical pastry kits ship within 3 business days.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel digital course access within 14 days if no content has been viewed. Refunds are granted at our sole discretion and are processed within 7–10 business days. Physical products may be returned unused within 30 days. Subscription services auto-renew until cancelled.
5. Limitation of Liability
Anovox Patisserie shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our courses or products. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific course or item in question.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The latest version is always available on this page.
